Baymak Jetinox 82-50LT Important Notes

  • Baymak booster pump initial start-up must be carried out by an authorized Baymak service center. Otherwise, the warranty will be void.
  • Transport the Baymak Jetinox 82-50LT only in its original packaging, following the warnings printed on the box.
  • For the installation of the Baymak Jetinox 82-50LT, it is recommended to draw suction from at least 30 cm above the bottom of the tank to prevent foreign matter in the water (sand, etc.) from damaging the unit.
  • The Baymak booster pump must not be connected to draw directly from the city mains; it must draw from a storage tank.
  • Do not interfere with the expansion vessel valve; it is charged with compressed air when there is no water in the pump.
  • The pressure switch has been factory-set; do not make any adjustments.
  • It is recommended to install the Baymak booster pump in a well-ventilated location where the temperature does not exceed 40 °C.
  • Install the suction and discharge pipes with clamps so that the load is transferred to the wall.
  • If the Baymak Jetinox 82-50LT fails to restart after being stopped, loosen the shaft at the rear of the motor.
  • If the water inside the unit is to be completely drained, this must be done in an environment below 0 °C. If the unit will not be used for an extended period, draining is recommended to prevent internal corrosion.
  • Fit a switch proportional to the current, following the information on the Baymak Jetinox 82-50LT label.
  • Under no circumstances allow anyone other than authorized service personnel to work on the unit.
  • For the installation piping: if metal pipe is used, the inlet/outlet diameters must be the same; if plastic pipe is used, the next size up should be selected.
  • The suction line should be as short as possible (maximum 6 m) and made with the fewest possible fittings.
  • Never run the Baymak Jetinox 82-50LT dry. Otherwise, the mechanical seal, impeller, and electric motor will burn out and the warranty will be void.
  • We recommend using the Baymak Jetinox 82-50LT with a control panel for protection against electrical faults.
