What are installation packages?

Installation packages are service packages offered for on-site installation of pumps and booster sets purchased from Supomp. Correct installation is at least as important as choosing the right product, in terms of efficient pump operation, system leak-tightness, and electrical safety. Packages are offered at three levels depending on the scope of the installation.

Package options

• Basic Installation Package: Basic pump installation; for straightforward jobs such as connecting a pump to an existing ready-made system.
• Professional Installation Package: Pump installation with fittings; for more comprehensive installations that include connection components.
• Turnkey Installation Package: Advanced system installation; for complete commissioning of multi-component systems.

Service area and scheduling

The installation service is available in the provinces stated on the product page; the current service area is Bursa. If your location is outside the service area, this will be indicated during the order process. After your order, we will contact you to schedule a suitable appointment for installation. Having electrical and water connections ready at the installation site helps ensure the installation is completed within the planned timeframe.

Which package should I choose?

If your existing pipework is ready and only the pump needs to be fitted in place, the Basic package may be sufficient. If a new booster set installation also requires fitting a tank, valves, and connection fittings, the Professional package is more appropriate. For multi-pump systems, control panel connections, or extensive pipework modifications, the Turnkey package should be considered.
