Product description

Sumak SMT 400/3-S Hot Water Centrifugal Pump Features

Manufactured for use in hot water up to 90 °C. The impeller is made from GG25 cast iron. Single-stage centrifugal pumps with a suction lift of 6 m and a maximum head of 23 m are ideal for flood irrigation, lightly soiled water drainage, and high-flow-rate applications.

Plumbing Materials

If your pump draws water from the same level or from a higher elevation, a check valve must be used on the suction line. A check valve must also always be used on the discharge line. Click to purchase a check valve.

If your pump draws water from below its own level — i.e., from a negative elevation — a foot valve must be used to prevent air locks. Click to purchase a foot valve.
