What Is the Sumak 5SDT9 Stainless Steel Submersible Pump?
In submersible pumps, the motor is mounted directly adjacent to the pump casing. These connection points are insulated to be airtight and watertight, ensuring a sealed assembly. The advantage of submersible pumps is that they operate without exposure to any external factors.
Mechanical seal systems prevent the pumped fluid from entering the motor section. The pump can be connected directly to rigid pipe, flexible pipe, or the installation. Single-stage submersible pumps, of which there are many types, are used for drainage, sewage, general industry, and slurry pumping.
The most common types used for extracting water from deep boreholes and wells are multistage submersible pumps. Submersible pumps are generally used for water supply, irrigation and sprinkler systems, groundwater level control, and pressurizing clean or lightly contaminated water in heat pump applications. Ornamental ponds and fountains are also areas where these pumps can be used.
The ideal application for submersible pumps is small-diameter dug wells, boreholes, and tunnels. They require no site preparation because they need no maintenance and can only be used after being fully submerged in the fluid.
Because they operate fully submerged in liquid, they do not cause noise or vibration, providing comfortable use. In addition, since the pump and motor are in a location inaccessible to the user, faults caused by user error are very rare.

These pumps, used in dug wells and boreholes, are three-phase (380 V industrial supply) submersible pumps that require no electrical panel and are suitable for practical use. A 30-meter cable and panel are included in the price.
