Product description
These are highly practical and convenient pumps operating on 12 V power. They are easy to install and are shipped with connection accessories included (inlet/outlet hose connections and a suction-side Y-strainer). Because they run on 12 V, they are pumps that operate with a battery or solar energy on boats, yachts, caravans, and many other applications. With a pressure of 3.7 bar and a flow rate of 1.2 m³/h, they are an excellent product that can meet all water needs on boats, yachts, caravans, and small apartments or vacation homes without grid power where battery or solar energy is available. It is an automatic booster pump — connected directly to the water line, it starts when you open a tap and stops when you close it. With a suction capacity of up to 1.8 m depth, it can also draw from tanks and reservoirs from above. They are commonly known in the market as boat and yacht booster pumps, caravan booster pumps, and 12 V booster pumps.
This model has a 2-liter tank added to the system; the tank absorbs expansion in the system, enabling the pump to operate more stably, and by storing water it prevents the motor from starting for low water usage, reducing motor wear and extending service life.
- The pump can be mounted horizontally or vertically. When mounted vertically, the pump head must face downward.
- The pump must be mounted in a dry, well-ventilated location.
- To prevent vibration, the rubber mounts should not be over-tightened.
- High-pressure flexible hose must be used.
- Use hose clamps to prevent air pressure build-up.
- A filter must be used between the pump and the tank. (A filter is included with the product.)
- Not suitable for continuous use. It must be allowed to rest at regular intervals.
