Fesco Fire Sprinkler, Pendant Type, 1/2", 68°C

Fire sprinklers are easy to use and extremely safe. Sprinklers are installed on a specially designed pipe network to cover the area that requires protection. The liquid inside the glass bulb — one of the key sealing elements — expands and bursts due to the heat generated by a fire. The activation temperature of the sprinkler must be selected at least 30°C above the maximum expected ambient temperature. When the glass bulb of the sprinkler above the fire bursts, pressurized water strikes the deflector (distributor) and is sprayed onto the fire. Only the sprinkler directly above the fire, where the temperature rise occurs, bursts and allows water to flow.
