Cacheng SK-13C Pressure Switch Booster Pump Kit

This product combines the pressure switch, pressure gauge, and 5-way fittings required to convert pumps into a booster pump system, all in a single unit.

It is very easy to use; it speeds up the installation process and saves labor and time, thus also offering a cost advantage.

Cacheng SK-13C Pressure Switch Booster Pump Kit Features

The factory-set pressure is shipped with an adjustment range of 1.4–2.8 bar.

Adjustable up to a maximum cut-off pressure of 4.2 bar.

Max. 16 A

Compatible with products with a motor power of up to 1.1 kW.

Suitable for 220 V / 50 Hz electrical infrastructure.

Resistant to liquid temperatures up to a maximum of 80°C.

Cacheng SK-13C Pressure Switch Booster Pump Kit Usage

This product is equipped with one male and two female fittings.

The male fitting connects directly to the outlet of the water pump, while one of the female fittings connects to the pressure tank of the water pump and the other connects to the pipe.

Suitable for controlling the starting and stopping of various water pumps based on pressure changes in the system pipe.

When the pressure in the pipe system reaches the set upper limit, power is cut automatically and the water pump stops running.

Cacheng SK-13C Pressure Switch Booster Pump Kit Pressure Adjustment

The pressure is already set at the factory (1.4–2.8 bar). If the user wishes to make adjustments during use, the following steps should be followed:

Turning adjustment nut #1 clockwise increases the cut-in (start) and cut-out (stop) pressures; turning it counterclockwise decreases them.

Turning fine adjustment nut #2 clockwise increases the cut-out (stop) pressure; turning it counterclockwise decreases it.
