What Is the Magnet Pompa CMP 30RM Magnetic Pump?

The general characteristics of magnetic drive pumps include a rotating impeller housed in a sealed enclosure driven and supported by a magnetic field generated by magnets. The rotation of the impeller produces a force that feeds liquid both through and around the pump casing. The primary purpose of the pump is to sustain energy and motion within a liquid.

Magnetic drive pumps have magnets connected to both the impeller and the motor. Permanent magnets are attached to the pump's drive assembly. The drive magnet, which drives the inner rotor magnet, is connected to a second shaft driven by the motor. When the motor starts, it rotates its magnet. The magnetic force from the motor's magnet causes the magnet on the impeller to rotate, turning the impeller.

Magnetic drive pumps are centrifugal pumps. That is, the liquid being pumped enters the pump at one point and exits at a different point. The rotation of the impeller causes an increase in the energy of the liquid and an increase in the pressure at which the liquid discharges from the pump. This increase in pressure is what drives the fluid to move.
