What Is the Cacheng CMP 30R Magnetic Drive Pump?

The general characteristics of magnetic drive pumps include a rotating impeller housed in a sealed enclosure supported by a magnetic field generated by magnets. The rotation of the impeller generates a force that feeds liquid into and out of the pump casing. The main purpose of the CMP 30R pump is to conserve energy and motion within a liquid.

Magnetic pumps have magnets attached to the impeller and the motor. The Cmp 30R permanent magnets are connected to the pump's drive assembly. The drive magnet, which drives the inner rotor, is connected to a second shaft powered by the motor. When the Cmp 30R motor is switched on, it turns its magnet. The magnetic force from the Cmp 30R motor's magnet causes the magnet on the impeller to rotate and turn the impeller.

Magnetic drive pumps are centrifugal pumps — in the CMP 30R, the liquid being pumped through the system exits at a different point from where it is drawn into the pump. The rotation of the impeller causes an increase in the energy of the liquid and an increase in the pressure at which the liquid is discharged from the pump. CMP 30R: this increase in pressure is what drives the fluid to move.
