Last updated: 13.10.2026 · Version: 2026-10-13

These terms apply to sales made by İkra Hidro Pompa ("Supomp", "Seller") via supomp.com and the Supomp mobile app to businesses that purchase within the scope of their commercial or professional activities ("Business Buyer") and to business accounts.

1. Scope

1.1. These terms apply to the business account application, the use of the business account and the orders placed by the Business Buyer for its commercial or professional activity.

1.2. For purchases made for a non-commercial or non-professional purpose (for example, to be used in your own residence), even if placed with a business account, consumer legislation and the Distance Sales Agreement apply. In case of doubt, consumer provisions prevail.

1.3. On matters not regulated by these terms, except for rights granted only to consumers (such as the right of withdrawal), the provisions of the Distance Sales Agreement apply; on matters not regulated by them either, the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations and the Turkish Commercial Code apply.

1.4. The Business Buyer separately approves these terms in the business account application and at the payment step of every business order. For business accounts approved before these terms were published, the terms apply as of the order in which they are approved for the first time. The current text of these terms is always published on this page.

2. Business account application and approval

3. Prices and discount

4. Order and invoice

5. Payment

Payment is made during the order on the Platform only by credit card or debit card (PayTR secure payment form; single payment or installment); bank transfer/EFT and cash on delivery are not accepted. The operation of the payment methods is explained on the Secure Payment and Payment Options page. Deferred payment or current account arrangements are not offered via the Platform. For quotes with a down payment, the order is not prepared until the remaining amount is paid.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made in accordance with the delivery provisions of the Distance Sales Agreement. The risk of loss and damage lies with the Seller until the product is delivered to the Business Buyer or to the person it designates.

7. Inspection and notice of defect

7.1. If the parties are merchants, pursuant to Article 23 of the Turkish Commercial Code, defects that are clearly apparent at delivery are notified within 2 days. For defects that are not clearly apparent, the product is inspected or caused to be inspected within 8 days of delivery, and the defect is notified within this period. Defects that cannot be revealed by ordinary inspection are notified without delay once they appear. Business Buyers who are not merchants, pursuant to Article 223 of the Turkish Code of Obligations, inspect the product as soon as feasible according to the ordinary course of business and report the defect they observe within a reasonable period.

7.2. Notice is given via support chat or e-mail, with information describing the defect and, if possible, photographs or video.

7.3. For defects notified within the applicable period, the Seller is liable in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations on the seller's liability for defects.

8. Returns and exchanges

8.1. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for business purchases. The return or exchange of non-defective products is subject to the Seller's prior written approval. If the Seller accepts the return, it will notify in writing the shipping method, the condition in which the product is to be returned, the refund amount and the time frame.

8.2. Article 7 applies to defective products.

9. Warranty

The manufacturer's or importer's warranty for the products is valid under the terms stated in the warranty certificate. The warranty period and the firm issuing the warranty are stated on the product page; where applicable, the warranty certificate is provided to the Business Buyer.

10. Limitations of liability

10.1. The Seller undertakes the product's suitability for a particular purpose of the Business Buyer only if that purpose has been notified in writing before the order and has been confirmed in writing by the Seller. Our recommendations regarding product selection are based on the information provided by the Business Buyer.

10.2. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Seller's liability is limited to the price of the relevant order; indirect damages and loss of profit are excluded from this liability. This limit does not apply to death and bodily injury, to liability arising from product safety legislation, to liability for slight negligence in services performed with statutory or official authorization, or to any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

10.3. The Seller's liability arising from willful misconduct or gross negligence, and its liability for defects where the defect has been transferred through gross negligence, cannot be limited.

11. Personal data

Personal data of the company representative and employees shared during the application and orders is processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice (KVKK). The Business Buyer acknowledges that it is authorized to share the employee information disclosed to the Seller and that it will forward the Privacy Notice (KVKK) to those employees. The Seller will also forward the link to the Privacy Notice (KVKK) upon first contact with these individuals.

12. Suspension and termination of the account

13. Changes

The Seller may update these terms. The current text is published on this page with the version date. Changes that materially affect the rights of the Business Buyer are notified by email or upon login to the Platform before they take effect, and are reconfirmed at the next business order. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Where a jurisdiction agreement has been separately made in writing (by wet-ink or secure electronic signature) with Business Buyers that are merchants or public legal entities, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Bursa shall have jurisdiction; otherwise, the general jurisdiction rules apply. Where mandatory by law, a mediator shall be applied to before filing a lawsuit.
