These medium-pressure fans can be used for ventilation in all types of facilities. Their widely spaced blade design makes impeller cleaning easy. With backward-curved impellers and blades made of aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, they generate pressure and airflow. They are used to extract highly dust-laden air from enclosed spaces. Things to Consider When Selecting a Medium-Pressure Dust-Extraction Radial Fan
To select a fan for a specific air distribution system:- The system must be fully designed, with all components and dimensions determined.
- Air volume (flow rate) values must be established.
- Static pressure should be determined by summing the pressure losses across components such as ducts, grilles, louvers, dampers, air washers, filters, heating and cooling coils.
