What Is a Room Thermostat?

Room thermostats are devices that measure the temperature of their environment, send on/off commands to combi boilers and other heating units, and keep room temperatures stable. A room thermostat sends an operating command to the combi boiler until the room reaches the temperature you have set, then turns off the boiler once the desired temperature is reached. A high-precision room thermostat is necessary for more stable temperatures, comfortable use, and energy savings.
