Sumak SMINOX12B 300/3T Suction-Side Stainless Steel Multistage Booster Set
The Sumak SMINOX12B 300/3T suction-side stainless steel multistage booster set offers a suction lift of up to 4 m. Booster set systems that supply water continuously and consistently at set pressures are used in schools, hospitals, workplaces, apartment complexes, hotels, and similar locations. Since all surfaces in contact with water are fully stainless steel, they are also suitable for hygienic environments.

Sumak SMINOX12B 300/3T Suction-Side Stainless Steel Multistage Booster Set Plumbing Materials
If your booster pump draws suction from the same level or above, a check valve must be used on the suction line. A check valve must also be installed on the discharge line.
If your booster set draws water from below its own level (i.e., from a negative elevation), a foot valve must be used to prevent air entry.
To protect your booster pump from debris that may form in the water during suction, you can purchase a Y-strainer.
To ensure your booster pump stops automatically when the water in the tank or well runs out, you need to purchase a float switch. A water level float switch is used only with tank or ball-valve models; a float switch is not needed with pressure-controller-type booster pumps.
