Product description

Seaflo 12 V High-Performance Booster Pump (18.9 L/min – 55 PSI)

Seaflo 42 Series – High Flow

The Seaflo 12 V 18.9 L/min booster pump is one of the most powerful models in the series. Its high flow rate allows it to supply 3–4 faucets or large shower heads simultaneously on boats, yachts, and caravans without pressure loss.

Product Features and Advantages

High Capacity: Delivers 18.9 liters per minute (5.0 GPM). Far more powerful than standard pumps.
Strong Pressure: Produces 55 PSI (3.7 Bar) pressure, providing mains water comfort and pressure.
Applications: Ideal for large boats, yachts, and luxury caravans with a 12 V electrical system.
Automatic Operation: The built-in pressure switch automatically starts the pump when a faucet is opened and stops it when closed.
Bypass System: Features bypass technology that prevents the motor from continuously cycling on and off during low water usage, resulting in quieter and more stable operation.
Dry Running: The 4-chamber diaphragm design makes it self-priming and protects it from short-term dry running without damage.
Easy Installation: Inlet/outlet union fittings and a Y-strainer filter are included in the box.

Installation and Usage Warnings

The pump can be connected horizontally or vertically. In vertical mounting, the pump head must face downward.
The pump must be mounted in a dry, well-ventilated location.
To prevent vibration, the mounting screws must not be overtightened — they should be left slightly loose.
Hose rated for high pressure (55 PSI) must be used, and clamps must always be tightened at all connections.
A filter must always be used between the pump and the tank.
Important Electrical Warning: This is a high-performance product that can draw up to 17 amperes. The wiring and fuse must be selected to handle this current.
