The XZS100-65-200/185 stainless steel standard centrifugal pump is manufactured using advanced techniques including the pressing, bending, and welding of corrosion-resistant plates with advanced welding technology, as well as brazing. It is a next-generation centrifugal pump and a candidate to replace traditional IS pumps and conventional corrosion-resistant pumps.

XZS100-65-200/185 Stainless Steel Pump Installation Requirements

The pump and shaft sections of the XZS100-65-200/185 stainless steel standard centrifugal pumps are directly coupled. The units consist of a pump, a pump shaft, and a standard motor.

The pump must be installed on ventilation and antifreeze equipment.
The pump installation must be carried out so that the pump is not affected by the pressure in the pipeline.
Sufficient space must be left around the pump unit for proper inspection and maintenance.
The electrical installation must be carried out in a way that protects the pump from damage caused by phase loss, unbalanced voltage, current leakage, and overload conditions.
The pump must be installed horizontally on the ground. The horizontal direction constitutes the pump inlet direction and the vertical direction constitutes the outlet direction.
