The AMSm210/2.2 stainless steel standard centrifugal pump is manufactured using corrosion-resistant plates through pressing, bending, and advanced welding technology, as well as advanced techniques such as brazing. It is a next-generation centrifugal pump and is a candidate to replace the traditional IS pump and conventional corrosion-resistant pumps.

AMSm210/2.2 Stainless Steel Pump Installation Requirements

The pump and shaft sections of the AMSm210/2.2 stainless steel standard centrifugal pumps are directly coupled. The units consist of the pump, pump shaft, and a standard motor.

• The pump must be installed on ventilation and antifreeze equipment.
• The pump installation must be carried out so that the pump is not affected by the pressure in the pipeline.
• Sufficient space must be left around the pump unit for proper inspection and maintenance.
• The electrical installation must be made in a way that prevents the pump from being damaged by phase loss, voltage imbalance, current leakage, and overload conditions.
• The pump must be installed horizontally on the ground. The horizontal direction constitutes the pump inlet direction and the vertical direction constitutes the outlet direction.
