Deeps Vertical Shaft Macerator Blade Sewage Pump Specifications
These pumps are designed for applications where submersible sewage pumps cannot be used. Thanks to their vertical shaft design, the pump casing operates submerged in the fluid while the electric motor runs at the surface.SUBMERSION DEPTH PIPE LENGTH IS 100 CM.
Advantages of this design:
- Requires no adjustment thanks to the specially designed coupling.
- The electric motor can be easily removed for repair or replaced with a new one.
- Since the electric motor does not operate in the fluid, the level float switch can be set to a lower level compared to submersible types.
- In vertical shaft sewage pumps, if the mechanical seal ensuring leak-tightness is damaged, there is no risk of the electric motor burning out.
- To extend the service life of the hydraulic components, pumps with a 1.5 m shaft length are supported with bearings at 2 points.
- The shaft material in the wetted area of the "C" series pumps is AISI-304 grade stainless steel.
