Deeps
Deeps is a brand in the Supomp catalog offering vertical-shaft sewage pumps. Standard vertical-shaft wastewater pumps and models with cutting blades that shred fibrous waste are available in three-phase configurations with various power ratings and shaft lengths. In vertical-shaft pumps, the electric motor remains above the sump on the dry side, while the pump casing descends into the wastewater via a long shaft. This design simplifies motor maintenance and eliminates contact between the motor and the liquid. Industrial wastewater sumps, treatment plants, and large building manholes are the primary applications for these pumps. When selecting a pump, consider the shaft length suitable for the sump depth, the required flow rate and head, and the solid content of the wastewater.
