Deeps Vertical Shaft Sewage Pump Specifications
These are submersible-design pumps for applications where sewage pumps cannot be used.
Thanks to the vertical shaft design, the pump casing operates submerged in the fluid while the electric motor runs above the surface.
Advantages of this sewage wastewater pump design:- 1) The wastewater motor requires no adjustment thanks to the specially designed COUPLING.
- 2) The electric MOTOR can be easily removed for repair OR replaced with a new one.
- 3) Since the wastewater pump MOTOR does not operate submerged in the fluid, the level float switch can be set to a LOWER level compared to submersible types.
- 4) In the event of damage to the mechanical seal that provides SEALING in vertical shaft sewage pumps, there is NO risk of the electric motors burning out.
- 5) For pumps with a length of 1.5 m, 2-point bearing support is applied to extend the service life of the hydraulic components.
- 6) The shaft material in the fluid-contact zone of "C" series pumps is AISI-304 quality stainless steel.
