24/48 V DC Brushless/VFD Booster Pump Features

Our 24/48 V DC water pump runs on electricity and is specially manufactured for use in solar energy and photovoltaic systems. It can operate directly with a 430 W panel. The product has a VFD control panel with voltage and current protection. It can be used comfortably with power inputs from 24 V up to 48 V. As the voltage increases, the flow rate and pressure of the product change. Thanks to its brushless motor, it is suitable for continuous use. Flow rate and pressure figures by voltage are available in the product images. It can draw water from a suction depth of up to 9 m. The inlet and outlet connections are 1 inch. The product is shipped with 3 hose unions (with gaskets) and a foot valve. An MC4 connector is also included as an extra, allowing you to make a secure installation.

It is a very high-quality and efficient product — a superb unit with the same capacity as an AC pump. It has 3.3 bar pressure and can deliver approximately 2.5 m³/h.

24/48 V DC Solar-Powered Booster Pump Advantages

24/48 V DC Brushless/VFD Booster Pump Tank Filling

A float switch is included with the product. Using the float switch, the pump monitors the tank level and stops when filling is complete. When the tank level drops again, it will restart after 30 seconds.

There are 4 terminals on the product. Connect the 2 terminals on the float switch to the brown and black terminals on the pump to enable tank filling.

24/48 V DC Brushless/VFD Booster Pump Dry-Run Protection

You can connect a float switch to the product for dry-run protection. Connect a 3, 5, 10, or 15 m float switch available on the market to the pump to protect against dry running.

White cable (pump) – Black cable (float switch) / Blue (pump) – Blue (float switch): when these terminals are connected, the pump runs when the float switch rises and stops when the float switch drops. When water returns, the pump checks for water again after 15 min and, if water is present (i.e., the float switch is in the up position), it restarts.

If you intend to run this product with a solar panel, it can be operated with a single 430 W panel.
