Aquafer 20" String-Wound Water Filter Specifications
Water filters can be used in homes, workplaces, or industrial settings to remove particles from water, or — depending on the cartridge fitted — to soften water, remove taste and odor, or prevent scale. They can be installed before the water meter at the plumbing inlet, as well as at the inlets of washing machines, dishwashers, water heaters, car wash machines, solar energy systems, and tea boilers.
What Is a Sediment Spun Filter and What Does It Do?
It is effective at filtering very fine particles and sand grains found in water. When the pores become filled with particles and sand grains, the filter is discarded and a new one is installed. Models of 1, 5, 10, and 20 micron can be used with our products.
