The Aquafer 534 PM4 washable stainless steel diesel fuel filter housing, 3/4", 100 micron filter housing filters particulates and sand particles found in water. It is a stainless steel cartridge type and can also be used for diesel fuel filtration.Since the caps are removable, microphos, siliphos, resin, or activated carbon can be placed inside for dual-purpose filter use.
Fiber-Wound & Sediment Cartridge
Filters very small particles and sand grains found in water. When the pores become clogged with particles and sand, the filter is discarded and a new one is installed. Models of 1, 5, 10, and 20 micron are used in our products.Siliphos and Microphos
Prevents scale buildup and stops corrosion. The phosphate and silicate in siliphos form a thin film on metal surfaces, preventing scale adhesion. Siliphos consists of 100% active ingredients. Can be safely used in drinking and cleaning water.Resin
Water softening is the process of removing calcium and magnesium ions — which cause water hardness — from water by passing it through a cationic resin. The process begins when the ion-exchange cationic resin becomes saturated with sodium ions.As hard water passes through the resin bed, calcium and magnesium ions attack the resin. The resin absorbs these ions and releases sodium ions in return. The sodium ions released into the water do not cause any hardness.
Activated – GAC Carbon
