What Is a 24 L Pressure Tank Kit and What Is It Used For?
This product is a combination of a 24-liter spherical tank and the sk-13c (Pressure Switch + Pressure Gauge + 5-Way Fitting).
It is generally used to convert 0.5 HP water pumps with 2.5–3 bar pressure into a booster pump (i.e., for automatic operation).
It is very easy to use; it speeds up the installation process and saves labor and time, thus also offering a cost advantage.
Suitable for use with motors up to 1.5 HP and 220 V.
24 L Booster Pump Kit Contents
- 24-Liter Spherical Expansion Vessel: This balancing tank ensures the system operates correctly. It also stores water inside, supplying it from the tank during low-consumption moments to prevent the motor from starting every time water is used, thereby extending its service life.
- sk-13c (Pressure Switch + Pressure Gauge + 5-Way Fitting): A combination unit consisting of a pressure switch, a pressure gauge, and a 5-way fitting.

24 L Booster Pump Kit Application Example
How to Adjust the Pressure on the 24 L Booster Pump Kit
The pressure is already set at the factory (1.4–2.8 bar). If the user wishes to make adjustments during operation, the following steps should be followed:
Turning adjustment nut #1 clockwise increases the cut-in (start) and cut-out (stop) pressures; turning it counterclockwise decreases them.
Turning fine adjustment nut #2 clockwise increases the cut-out (stop) pressure; turning it counterclockwise decreases it.
If your booster pump draws water from a tank, you must use a float switch to prevent the pump from running when the tank is empty. You can purchase float switches here.
