Winpo WNP-10H Pressure Controller

These devices cannot be used on their own; they are fitted onto a water pump to enable automatic pump operation.

Pressure controllers are mounted on the pump's discharge port and are used to convert the pump into a booster pump without a water tank or pressure switch. A direct connection to the mains can be made without using a water storage tank.

The pressure controllers have an adjustable activation pressure and automatically stop in the event of dry running; when water returns, they restart automatically without requiring a reset.

The device has 3 warning indicator lights that alert the user with a light signal in the event of a fault. These are hygienic devices that cause no odor in the water and have no side effects.

Pressure Controller Specifications

The WNP-10H automatic pressure controller stops the pump automatically when the water supply from the suction side runs out, preventing dry-run operation. It starts the pump automatically when water use begins and stops it when water use ends. It is used with single-phase pumps with a minimum of 2.7 bar pressure and a maximum of 1.5 HP.

HARDWARE

For easy and safe electrical installation, the unit is equipped with a socket and a 150 cm cable with plug.
A check valve is integrated into the unit. No additional check valve is required.
The WNP-10H device includes a pressure gauge to allow monitoring of system pressure and configuration of pump operating settings.
