It can transfer in both directions: while drawing from the right connection, switching the selector to position 2 causes it to draw from the left connection instead. There is no air-lock issue; it is self-priming and the pumps can prime smoothly up to 6 meters depth.

The product is suitable for food and chemical transfer due to its stainless steel body.

It can also be used for water transfer; however, since water provides no lubrication, wear may occur in the pump over time. If the liquid being transferred is oily, it can be used without issues.

It is a compatible alternative to the Speroni PM20 bidirectional pump.
