Product description

The twin magnetic filter captures even the smallest metallic particles in the system thanks to its powerful neodymium magnet. It saves energy, reduces your bills, and prevents costly repair expenses. Metal particles, corrosion, and sediment that form over time in heating systems damage your pump and heat exchanger. Extend the life of your combi boiler and heating system!

Why Do We Recommend Using a Magnetic Sediment Filter?

  • Minimizes maintenance and repair costs in the long run.
  • Reduces failures in circulation pumps, valves, and heat exchangers.
  • Improves combi boiler and boiler efficiency.
  • Improves heating performance.
  • Provides thorough cleaning when chemical cleaning agents are insufficient.

➤ Easy to Use ➤ Powerful Cleaning ➤ High Efficiency ➤ Radiator Flushing Machine Protector

Key Features

  • Powerful Neodymium Magnet: 12,000 Gauss attraction force.
  • Dual Filtration Feature: Two separate filter chambers for a larger surface area and greater capacity.
  • Easy Installation: 3/4″ connection compatible with all standard combi boilers and plumbing systems.
  • Transparent Chamber / Easy Cleaning: Allows you to check contamination levels without removing the plumbing protection filter.
  • By-pass Valve: Cleaning can continue without stopping the system.
  • High Efficiency: Up to 30% energy savings and faster heating. Does not reduce system flow rate during filtration.
  • Economical: Cost-effective with low consumption.
  • Durable Housing: Special alloy resistant to corrosion and high pressure.
  • Compact Design: Suitable for installation in tight spaces.

Magnetic Sediment Trap Applications

The combi boiler magnetic filter and plumbing protection filter are reliably used primarily in in-apartment heating systems, as well as in underfloor heating and central boiler room applications. The twin magnetic filter acts as a powerful sediment trap and magnetic scale inhibitor within the system, protecting the plumbing from corrosion and scale buildup. Thanks to its high-attraction neodymium magnet filter technology, it captures metal particles in the water, thereby preventing failures and increasing the efficiency and service life of your system through magnetic filter use.
  • In combi boiler and boiler system cleaning,
  • In underfloor heating system cleaning,
  • In radiator heating system cleaning
  • An injection cleaning kit is used for cleaning industrial and commercial closed-loop systems.

Magnetic Plumbing Filter Instructions

Magnetic filters used with radiator flushing machines are a lifesaver for plumbers, technicians, cleaning professionals, and individual consumers. This is because the twin magnetic filter prevents the sludge and metal sediment removed from radiators from entering the machine's motor/pump and causing damage.
The twin magnetic filter can be installed on a radiator flushing machine for use during the cleaning process, or alternatively mounted on the return line of the combi boiler plumbing. It is suitable for use both with and without a machine.

Magnetic Metal Particle Filter Installation Instructions

The twin magnetic filter is used to extend the service life of the radiator flushing machine and to instantly capture metal burrs in the system.
  • Connection Point: The filter must be connected between the return hose from the radiator and the water inlet (tank inlet) of the machine. The purpose is to trap contaminants before they enter the machine.
  • Hose Connection: Easily mounted to machine hoses using standard unions or quick coupler fittings.
  • Flow Direction: Ensure that the arrow on the filter body (flow direction) points toward the machine.
  • Sealing: Ensure that gaskets are used at the connection points and that there are no leaks.

Magnetic Heat Exchanger Filter Cleaning Instructions

Protects the pump of your radiator flushing machine and prevents clogging and motor burnout caused by scale.
  1. Remove the Magnet: Pull the powerful neodymium magnet rod on the housing out of its socket. When the magnetic rods are removed from the cylinder, they must be kept away from the combi boiler main board, electronic devices, and all sensitive equipment that may be affected by magnetic fields.
  2. Open the Drain Valve: Open the drain valve at the bottom of the filter and drain all accumulated sludge and metal burrs into a bucket.
  3. Strainer Check: If necessary, open the chamber cover and rinse the stainless steel strainer inside with water.
  4. Continue: Reinsert the magnet, close the valve, and start the machine to continue radiator flushing.
