Tork PL1020 Pulse Solenoid Valve Features
PL1020 general-purpose solenoid valves are available in sizes from 3/4" to 3". 0.5–8 bar (varies by orifice), pilot-operated. Normally closed model.
The pulse valve is specially designed for dust collection service applications and similar systems, and is most commonly used in thermal power plants and the cement, paint, feed, concrete, detergent, glass, and iron and steel industries to prevent the solidification of dust accumulated in jet filters.

Tork PL1020 series pulse valves have a long service life with 3.5 million switching cycles and superior shock resistance. Sizes from 3/4" to 3" feature NBR diaphragms; optionally thermoplastic (3/4" to 1 1/2") or Viton is available. Operates safely at temperatures between -20 °C and 80 °C.
For higher temperatures, a maximum of 160°C can be reached with a viton gasket. It has high resistance to oil and chemicals. Due to its good heat and chemical resistance, it can be used in processes where a viton diaphragm is employed.
Its service life is much longer than that of a viton diaphragm. Air leaks that can occur in rubber diaphragms (from the cord fabric or riveting area) do not occur in thermoplastic diaphragms. There is no risk of breakage of the backing plate or the plastic gasket in front of the diaphragm.
