Tork PL1010 Pulse Solenoid Valve Specifications
The Tork PL1010 general purpose solenoid valve is available in sizes from 3/4" to 3". 0.5–8 bar (varies by orifice), pilot-operated. Normally closed model.
The pulse valve is specially designed for dust collection service applications and similar systems, and is most commonly used in thermal power plants and the cement, paint, feed, concrete, detergent, glass, and iron and steel industries to prevent the solidification of dust accumulated in jet filters.

Tork PL1010 series pulse valves are long-lasting. They have 3.5 million open/close cycles and stronger shock resistance. Sizes from 3/4" to 1 1/2" feature thermoplastic diaphragms. They can operate safely in temperatures between –20°C and 80°C.
For higher temperatures, a maximum of 160°C can be reached with a viton gasket. It has high resistance to oil and chemicals. Due to its good heat and chemical resistance, it can be used in processes where a viton diaphragm is employed.
Its service life is much longer than that of a viton diaphragm. Air leaks that can occur in rubber diaphragms (from the cord fabric or riveting area) do not occur in thermoplastic diaphragms. There is no risk of breakage of the backing plate or the plastic gasket in front of the diaphragm.
