What Is the 4SMT15 Submersible Motor?

4SMT15 submersible motors are manufactured by Sumak Pompa and are rewindable. They can operate in water wells with a temperature not exceeding 30°C and a pH value between 6.5 and 8.0. The motor is oil-cooled. It is approved by pharmacological institutes. Coupling and flange dimensions comply with NEMA standards. These submersible motors are specially designed to work in combination with all submersible pumps conforming to NEMA standards. The supply power can be single-phase or three-phase. Single-phase models range from 1 HP to 2 HP, and three-phase models range from 1 HP to 3 HP. Submersible motors are generally mounted vertically; however, horizontal mounting is also possible, but only with special precautions such as a cooling jacket. They can be rewound when burned out.
