EPC LS-4 Hydromat Pump Pressure Controller Features
The pressure controller cannot be used on its own; it is mounted on a water pump to enable automatic pump operation.
Pressure controllers are mounted on the pump's discharge port and are used to convert the pump into a booster pump without a water tank or pressure switch. A direct connection to the mains can be made without using a water storage tank.
The pressure controllers have an adjustable activation pressure and automatically stop in the event of dry running; when water returns, they restart automatically without requiring a reset.
The pressure controller has 3 warning indicator lights and alerts the user with lights in the event of a fault. Pump pressure controllers are hygienic devices that do not cause odor in the water or produce any side effects.
Pressure Controller Specifications
The LS-4 automatic booster pump device automatically stops the pump when the water supply from the suction line runs out. The pressure controller prevents the pump from running dry.
The pump booster controller automatically starts the pump when water consumption begins and stops it when water consumption ends.
For use with single-phase pumps at a minimum of 2.7 bar and a maximum of 1.5 HP.
Pump Pressure Controller Hardware
For easy and safe electrical installation, the device is equipped with a socket outlet and a 100 cm cable with plug.
A check valve is integrated into the device.
Additionally, there is no need to use a check valve. The LS-4 unit includes a pressure gauge so that the pressure in the system can be monitored and the pump operating settings can be adjusted.
