Motor It is the most important part of the plumbing flushing machine that circulates the fluid, and is the key factor affecting the machine's cleaning performance and quality. The pump used enables maximum-efficiency cleaning in all closed-loop systems — from combi boiler cleaning to plumbing, underfloor heating, and central heating systems. The pump has copper windings and thermal overload protection.
Filter and Cover The cover and filter system used in the machine has an extremely modern and practical design. The 220 mm diameter of the filters and covers allows for easy filling, draining, and inspection. The cover opens and closes easily by turning it left or right, and there is an additional locking system for safety. The basket filter system was first used in our machine worldwide and is registered. Thanks to the basket filter beneath the cover, you can see the dirt during operation, and clean and refit it very quickly and easily.
Full Protection A fluid level control device is used inside the machine; if there is insufficient fluid inside the machine, it prevents the heater from operating, thus avoiding potential tank burn-out issues — a problem you will never encounter.
Pressure Indicator (Pressure Gauge) During radiator flushing, the pressure gauge on the machine provides information such as the machine's efficiency, operating pressure, and whether there is a blockage in the system. The lower the pressure at which the machine operates, the better the cleaning performance, because it circulates more water and indicates that there is no blockage in the system. If there is a blockage in the system, the machine's pressure will rise; the blockage is cleared by flushing that radiator until the pressure returns to normal. The machine automatically adjusts its pressure according to the system load — no manual intervention is required.
Heat Indicator (Thermometer) Our radiator flushing machine uses a temperature indicator — a thermometer — to monitor the temperature of the fluid circulating during cleaning. This temperature indicator allows you to observe the fluid temperature and intervene or adjust it to the desired level. Its placement on the device has been carefully designed as shown in the images; since it is recessed into the machine, it is designed to remain undamaged even if the machine tips over or receives an impact.
Heating Element The 2,000 W heating element in the radiator flushing machine keeps the hot water used for cleaning at temperature until the job is complete. Hot water is used for system cleaning because it increases the effectiveness of the cleaning fluid. The heating element has a dry-run protection feature, so it will never damage the machine or cause a malfunction.
Timer Setting The timer setting feature on the radiator flushing machine allows each radiator to be cleaned for an equal duration. The timer prevents excessive time expenditure, increases manageability, and improves machine efficiency. If you do not wish to use the timer setting, you can operate the machine manually.

Note: High-pressure machines sold on the market are devices that are not suitable for use in plumbing cleaning. Because these devices operate at high pressure, they can damage combi boilers and central heating systems. The pressure of the machine used only needs to be sufficient to circulate water comfortably through the system; what matters is that the chemically treated water is rapidly circulated through the system to create a sweeping effect. For this reason, our machines use jet pumps that deliver water quickly at the appropriate pressure. The chemicals used are at least as important as the machine itself — avoid unreliable chemicals to ensure thorough cleaning and to protect the system.
