Cacheng CVP 15 Single-Stage Oil-Sealed Vacuum Pump Operating Principle

Glass-fiber-reinforced vanes on the rotor, spinning by centrifugal force inside a fixed stator, sweep the stator surface while self-lubricating with oil to generate vacuum.
