What Is an Explosion-Proof Fan?
Explosion-proof fans are fans used for ventilating hazardous materials such as flammable or explosive substances. They are commonly used in industrial facilities and on construction sites. Thanks to their special design, explosion-proof fans provide suitable ventilation for areas where flammable gases, vapors, or dust may be present. They are designed not to produce sparks, minimizing the risk of igniting potentially flammable materials. This means that the entire fan, including the explosion-proof motor and aluminum or copper fan blades, is made from non-sparking materials.

- Manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 80079 explosion protection standards, using appropriate methods and materials for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Features a single-speed, asynchronous three-phase AC motor with shaft rotation on double-shielded ball bearings, compliant with UNEL MEC standard, flange B35, -36:2016; EN 14986:2017.
