Product description
Water filters can be used in homes, workplaces, or industrial settings to remove particles from water or, depending on the minerals added, to soften water, eliminate taste and odor, or prevent scale buildup. Washable Cartridge
A washable cartridge water filter is used to retain sand, particles, and sediment from water. When the filter is full, it can be removed, washed, and reused.
How Much Sediment Does a 100-Micron Water Filter Trap?
Micron ratings in filters often raise questions among users. So what is a micron rating and how is it calculated?
1 micron = 1/1,000, that is, 0.001 mm; therefore:
100 microns = 1/10, or 0.1 mm — in other words, one-tenth of 1 mm in thickness.
What Is Siliphos (Microphos) and What Does It Do?
It prevents scale buildup and stops corrosion. The phosphate and silicate contained in Siliphos form a thin film on metal surfaces, preventing lime from adhering and forming a scale layer. Siliphos is composed of 100% active ingredients and can be safely used in drinking water and cleaning water systems.
