Adjustable Cleaning Pressure

The cleaning pressure on compressor-driven radiator flushing machines is adjustable. The Airflush-2 compressor-driven radiator flushing machine operates at 8 bar pressure, mixing air and water to deliver pulsed cleaning for an excellent result. However, depending on the condition of the installation or the area being cleaned, a lower pressure may sometimes be needed; in such cases, the cleaning pressure can be set to anywhere between 1 bar and 8 bar as required. As shown in the image on the left, the large pressure gauge shows the pressure inside the compressor, while the small pressure gauge shows the cleaning pressure, which can be adjusted using the red valve on it.

Dual-Directional Reverse Flushing

Thanks to the dual-directional feature of the radiator flushing machine, it cleans the system efficiently in both directions. The advantage of being dual-directional is that when the machine pumps water continuously in a single direction, contaminants inside the system can accumulate at one point and may not be expelled; the reverse flushing feature agitates the contents by pumping fluid in the reverse direction, removing these contaminants. Dual-directional radiator flushing machines achieve 26% better cleaning performance compared to single-directional ones.
