Explicit Consent Statement
This is an informational translation; the Turkish version prevails.

This page explains the two operations at Supomp that are based solely on your explicit consent, namely statistical measurement and advertising measurement. We do not ask for your consent for transactional operations such as orders, membership, shopping without membership (anonymous session), payment, delivery, support chat, İkra AI and order status notifications; these operations rely on the other legal grounds set out in the Privacy Notice (KVKK). We do not send campaign emails, SMS or campaign notifications. Not giving consent, or withdrawing a consent you have given, does not prevent you from shopping or benefiting from other services.

A. Information about statistical measurement
- Purpose: To measure how the site and the application are used and to find problems in the sales steps and site errors.
- Data processed: A random identifier specific to your device, session identifier, addresses of the pages you visit (the query part of the address is not recorded), the address of the site that referred you, the products and categories you view, your search terms, cart, payment and order steps, interactions such as clicks and shares, campaign tags and the source of the ad click (the click ID itself is not recorded), device type, operating system and browser name, site errors, salted hash of your IP address; if you are signed in, your account ID and the time of the last activity on your account.
- Linking with the account and viewing: If you are signed in, the records are linked with your account. Only our fully authorized administrator views the records and may also view them on a per-person or per-device basis.
- Recipients: The records are kept on the servers of our hosting service provider in Germany and in our encrypted backups (Privacy Policy, section 5); they are not shared with third parties and are not used for advertising or automated decision-making.
- Retention: 13 months; automatically deleted when the period expires.
- Default state: Off. It starts if you select "Accept" in the cookie notice or turn on the "Statistics" option in cookie preferences. As long as you have not made a selection or have selected "Reject," no record is kept and no statistics identifier is created.
- Withdrawal: You can change your preference at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page. When you withdraw the statistics permission, record-keeping stops immediately, the statistics identifiers on your device are deleted, and the statistics records belonging to this device and (if you are signed in) to your account are deleted or anonymized within 30 days at the latest.
The list of record keys is in the Cookie Policy.
B. Explicit consent statement
When you select "Accept" in the cookie notice or turn on the "Statistics" option in cookie preferences, you give the following statement. Version: 2026-10-10.
For the purpose of measuring the use of the site and the application and finding problems and errors in the sales steps, I accept that my visit, search and order-step records are kept with an identifier specific to my device, are linked with my account when I sign in, that the administrator may view these records on a per-person or per-device basis, and that they are retained for 13 months.
C. Consequences of withdrawing your consent
Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the operations carried out based on your consent up to the date of withdrawal. After your withdrawal, record-keeping is stopped and the existing records are deleted or anonymized within the period stated in section A; you continue to benefit from shopping, membership and support services in the same way.
D. Advertising measurement (Google Ads)
If you enable Advertising measurement in the cookie preferences, the ad click identifier in the address is stored on your device for at most 90 days when you arrive from a Google ad, and if an order, quote request, contact, support chat, phone link, add-to-cart or sign-up takes place within that period, the click identifier, action type, order/quote number, date and amount are transferred to Google LLC (USA). This transfer serves only to measure ad conversions; your name, e-mail address and phone number are not transferred and no personal profile is built. The option is off by default; your explicit consent is given by enabling it and withdrawn by disabling it in the cookie preferences. When withdrawn, the click identifier on your device and any records not yet transferred are deleted.
