Vibramod
Vibramod is a brand in the Supomp catalog, represented by its vibration motors. The range includes three-phase vibration motors in various centrifugal force and speed options, as well as mini vibration motors for smaller applications. Vibration motors transmit the vibration generated by eccentric weights on the shaft ends to the structure they are attached to; they are used in vibrating screens, feeders, silos, and hoppers to prevent material bridging, and for compacting concrete formwork. When selecting a motor, determine the centrifugal force appropriate for the weight of the structure to be vibrated and the speed suited to the application. Regular inspection of mounting bolts and the use of appropriate thermal overload protection are important.
