JelPower

JelPower is a brand in the Supomp catalog offering solar gel batteries. The 12 V gel batteries store energy generated during the day in solar energy systems, making it available at night and on cloudy days. Gel batteries are maintenance-free; because the electrolyte is in gel form, the risk of leakage is low, and they are designed to withstand deep discharge. Determine battery capacity by considering your daily energy consumption and the number of days without sun. When multiple batteries are used, choose units of the same type and capacity. Setting the charge controller to the gel battery mode and avoiding frequent full discharges extends battery life.
